BMW repair, 11th-15th January 2010
On Monday 11th of January, I battled through the snow to bring my car in for repair and as a result the car was in a really filthy condition when I arrived.
I collected the car on the following snowy Thursday and was extremely pleased with the work done on the rear tailgate.
It was not until I got home that I realised that the whole car had also been completely valeted with tender loving care - a job that must have been very difficult in the freezing week in question and which has prompted me to write this letter.
I must say that I felt that the standard of service at Autocraft is excellent. I have not used you before but will strongly recommend you to my friends.
From the very first contact to assess the damage to the last contact on collection, everyone has been cheerful, helpful and welcoming. The job that you did for me is, to my eyes, looking superb, extremely professional and beautifully finished off. Those were difficult working conditions last week and you should be justifiably proud of the efforts you put in. You have my most grateful thanks.
